Operations & Finance Coordinator

At TreasurUp we're looking for a Operations & Finance Coordinator to join our team.

You’re the person who makes sure everything just works.

From finance administration to team coordination, you keep things accurate, organized, and running smoothly behind the scenes.

This is a role with real ownership: you’re not just executing tasks, you’re improving how things are done. If something can be smarter, clearer, or more efficient, you’ll spot it and fix it.

What you’ll do

  • Own invoices, payments, and expense tracking

  • Support finance and HR administration, reporting, and VAT processes

  • Support planning, coordination, and daily operations

  • Arrange travel, meetings, and team moments (off sites, diners and parties)

  • Improve and streamline processes where possible

About you

  • Experience in administration, office management, or finance support

  • Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working

  • Comfortable working with numbers and financial tools

  • Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership

  • Clear communicator who enjoys working with others

  • Fluent in English

  • Who are we looking for?

  • all self-starters. We’re hands-on, innovators and initiators, hopefully you are as well. In addition to that, you are highly organised, accurate, and enjoy bringing structure to a dynamic environment.

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience

  • You have experience in (financial) administrative support and a strong eye for detail

  • You excel at planning and organising and work in a structured manner

  • You are proactive, take initiative, and know how to prioritise and meet deadlines

  • You have an excellent command of English (written and spoken) and it is helpful to have a good understanding of Dutch

  • You enjoy supporting teams and helping create a positive and well-organised office environment

  • You are based in the Netherlands, preferably in or around Utrecht

  • Experience in an internationally active company is a plus.
