Relationship/Sales Manager
TreasurUp is an innovative Dutch Fintech company that provides online business banking solutions to large banks globally. Solutions include white-labeled Web and Mobile front-end environments, embedded into a bank’s business banking portal, in the areas of FX risk management, cross border payments, liquidity management and investment products for corporate clients. TreasurUp offers extensive tailoring and services to each bank client in order to offer a bank-and region-specific solution.
With 9 very satisfied rather large bank clients in Europe, TreasurUp is now expanding outside of Europe. The Gulf region (GCC) is considered to be a new focus area. The relationship/sales manager will build a market in this region and sign first contracts with banks after which he/she can help expand the operations. This entrepreneurial and commercial opportunity should attract people that understand business banking as well as software solution sales.
Main objective of the role: to introduce TreasurUp to Commercial Banks in the GCC (Gulf)countries
Number 1 KPI: Sign at least one contract with (as of year 2 of the contract) for TreasurUp’s services with a bank in the Gulf region per 1H2026

Monthly contractor fee: to be determined together and will incl a bonus arrangement when meeting KPI targets

For TreasurUp it is important to work with a Relationship/Sales Manager GCC who:
Has a proven track record in selling software solutions to the front office areas of banks, preferably in Commercial & Corporate Banking in the region GCC
Has a sound knowledge of payments, investment products and/or risk management, preferably through experience as banker or corporate treasurer
Understands banks and bankers, preferably Commercial or Business Banking
Can independently write and negotiate software contracts with bank front office, legal and procurement representatives
Is long term relationship oriented
Is very reliable, trustworthy and professional
Has affinity with IT and SaaS solutions
Flexible in working hours
Puts the interest of the company and its clients above the individual interest
The Relationship/Sales Manager GCC will actively create a market for TreasurUp in the GCC region. How? Through:
Identifying prospect banks and reaching out to relevant people for pitches
Identifying and participating in relevant RFPs of banks (Commercial & Corporate Banking only) as well as management of such trajectories
Organizing workshops which should lead to engagement proposals for which the Relationship/Sales Manager GCC is responsible
Visiting banks for workshops, general conversion purposes or contract negotiations
Converting interested banks in the pipeline towards go/no-go and contractual commitment
Maintaining relationships with all bank prospects that have shown interest in potentially working together with TreasurUp at some point
Account executive role for all banks for which the Relationship/Sales Manager GCC has signed a contract which includes responsibility for the overall strategic relationship with and satisfaction of the bank client and the channel for strategic escalation for the bank.
Support in marketing through attending relevant conferences and producing content for TreasurUp’s social media channels in the region.
After a bank has become a client, inspire business lines with new solutions in order to achieve relevant cross-sell in the region.
Number of signed contracts with banks in the GCC region which:
Have been approved by management
Generate a certain level of annual recurring revenues per year as of year 2 with a minimum contract licence duration of 2 years excluding implementation
Have contractual liability levels capped at max level of two years of annual licence and services payments
At least one of such contracts within the first 15 months of the employment
